Every finding carries a quote the reviewer says is verbatim. The harness checks that mechanically; a browser cannot, because it does not have the deliverable. You do. Paste the deck text once and nothing goes out until every quote is found in it.
Then the quotes go out unchecked. The waiver is recorded, and everything you send carries a visible line saying so. Say why here.
